The Sarasota Next Gen Democrats are thrilled to announce the launch of our Cornerstone Campaign, a vital initiative to establish a strong foundation for our organization for our work to come. What we accomplish in Quarter 3 will directly impact our ability to support and respond to Republican attacks on our institutions and people through 2026.

We are shaping and strengthening the future of the Sarasota Democratic Party by:

• Organizing grassroots efforts

• Providing direct support to candidates

• Partnering with and collaborating with party leaders to deliver the best results and secure wins for

• Building infrastructure on high school and college campuses to close the democratic gap, register voters, and boost turnout.

• Offering training programs, hosting forums, town halls, Community Conversations

• Creating career pathways to keep young people and community members engaged in local politics - further strengthening our party long term

Our vision is to create a sustainable movement that will outlast us and drive meaningful change in Sarasota County. We’re building a future that reflects the values and aspirations of not just young people, but all residents of Sarasota County.
